What are tokens?

Tokens are the currency of Prism Oracle. You use them to unlock readings and reports:

• 1 token = 1 profile report
• 2 tokens = 1 standard AI reading
• 3 tokens = 1 Council reading (multi-advisor)

Tokens are included with your membership plan or can be earned through promotions.

How do AI readings work?

Choose one of our 10 mystical advisors, each with a unique personality and specialty. Enter your name, birth month, and question. You will receive a free teaser reading instantly. To unlock the full, in-depth reading, use tokens or make a one-time payment of $9.99.

Each advisor uses advanced AI to craft a personalized response based on your question and profile information.

How do live psychic sessions work?

Browse available live psychics and request a session. Once a psychic accepts, you will enter a real-time text chat (with optional voice/video). Sessions are billed per minute based on the psychic's rate. You can set a spending cap before each session to control costs.

Membership plans

We offer two membership tiers:

• Monthly ($19.99/mo) -- 20 tokens per month, weekly auto-readings from your favorite advisor
• Premium ($39.99/mo) -- 60 tokens per month, priority access, weekly auto-readings

How to cancel your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Settings tab on your My Profile page. Click "Manage Membership" to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or change plans. Your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
